Conference Facilities
With the stadium upgrades and renovations that have been taking place for the past year, Coca-Cola Park (previously Ellis Park Stadium) is proud to announce that they have some fantastic conferencing facilities available.
Very few organisations have had the opportunity to host a conference in a sporting stadium, let alone one that has such a rich history and heritage. Coca-Cola Park is the stadium that witnessed the 1995 Rugby World Cup victory – South Africa’s very first win, and it will always be remembered as the day when South Africa was united.
Now, with one of the biggest conferencing facilities in Gauteng, hosting up to 1000 people at a time with numerous break-away rooms, world class facilities, catering for all taste buds and professional, well trained staff, you cannot go wrong choosing Coca-Cola Park for your next conference.
Coca-Cola Park offers conferencing for 2 – 20 delegates in the executive suites which have a boardroom set up and over-look the rugby pitch. The banquet and conference venue both cater for up to 200 people and also overlooks the playing field.
Numerous banqueting functions can be arranged from car launches to Christmas parties to gala dinners, where guests can be accommodated in style with enough undercover safe parking for 1100 cars within the stadium.
With nine different conference venues to choose from, one is spoilt for choice and may arrange almost any kind of event or function.
A brand new auditorium has just been completed with several translation booths, and can host up to 120 delegates.
Many national and international guests have been hosted at the stadium in the past year, many of the FIFA press conferences have taken place in the new auditorium and several corporate functions have successfully taken place.
